Kiosk Mode Setup
Configure your tablet to run ResTrack Lite in kiosk mode to prevent users from accessing other applications, changing device settings, or accidentally closing the application.
Kiosk mode locks a tablet to the ResTrack Lite application, ensuring operators can only access the application during normal operation. This is recommended for permanently installed ResTrack Lite tablets used at fuel management systems, depots, workshops, remote sites, and unattended access points.
Overview
Kiosk mode provides a secure operating environment by restricting the device to the ResTrack Lite application. This reduces the risk of accidental application closure, unauthorized device use, and unintended configuration changes.
